I had had such a great week, yesterday I weighed 144 lbs. Which means I would have lost 4.4 lbs. this week, which is huge! considering the only other time I lost that much in a week was months ago. So I decided to let myself have a cheat day,
I had;
2 1/2 pizza hut cheese sticks
a rice krispies treat bar
an open faced hot turkey sandwich from three lyons pub
and some pistachios
and this morning I weighed 147 lbs. I gained
3 MOTHERFUCKING POUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I seriously almost cried with how disappointed I was.
I basically undid all of my progress for this week and fucked up my goal of being 145 lbs by wednesday.
and I even worked out yesterday, I ran further and faster than I have before, I was so proud of myself and this morning just killed my mentality for the day.
I dread running everyday, but I run everyday.
Life can sometimes take a toll on us, and it is safe to say no one’s an exception in this regard. Stress, anxiety and frustration are a legitimate part of everyone’s lives. Different people have different ways of dealing with stress. Some are healthy and some not so much, some people tend to go for relaxing massages while others splurge in comfort food. However, Exercise is one stress relieving tool that can help you snap out of the blues in a rather productive and a healthy way.
